Nataša Popović is a law graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, with decades of professional experience in the fields of organization, management, and leadership of complex systems, as well as in various branches of law, including commercial, property, labor, corporate, and regulatory law.

She developed her professional career within Dunav Insurance, where, through many years of work, she was engaged in positions requiring a high level of responsibility, organizational precision, and a systematic approach. She concluded her career in senior management roles, with a particular focus on improving work organization and ensuring the efficient management of business processes.

Her work has been focused on the development of functional and sustainable systems, the strengthening of institutional capacities, and the rational management of resources. She has particular experience in coordinating complex processes and establishing organizational models that contribute to stability and efficiency.

Within the Finance and Banking Fund of the National Bank of Serbia, she further developed her managerial skills. She is a permanent member of the Association of Lawyers of Serbia.

As part of her work within the foundation, she is engaged in issues related to the development of democratic culture, strengthening institutional accountability, and improving the quality of public policies, with the goal of contributing to a more orderly and functional society.

She advocates for transparency, responsible governance, and the strengthening of institutions in the service of citizens.
