Through its work, the Foundation aims to contribute to strengthening Serbia’s European perspective, increasing youth participation in social processes, and creating space for an open exchange of ideas on important social issues. That is why we want to bring together young people who are willing to invest their time, energy, and knowledge in activities that have real social impact.

As a volunteer at Direction Europe Foundation, you can take part in various activities, in line with your interests and availability. Volunteer engagement may include helping organize forums, panel discussions, workshops, and other public events, supporting communication with participants and partners, taking part in field activities, assisting in the preparation of promotional and informational materials, contributing to social media management and digital campaigns, as well as participating in research, educational, and youth projects.
